Smaller than expected
This is the pitcher next to a 1 Gallon pitcher for size comparison.Bit smaller than expected but is good solid pitcher, good quality .Insert is plastic with thin slit openings so DO NOT forget about it in fridge with veggies in it or it is very tedious to clean in between slits . 😬 lol

Great size and shape, works beautifully!
Received this product today and I washed it immediately, as I had already purchased what I wanted to put in the infuser for my first try! The pieces came apart easily for washing, and went back together again with no problems. I used my favorite combo (lime, mint, cucumber) in the central receptacle, added the water and the top seal and refrigerated. 2 hours later and I have a lively, bright infused water! Clean pour, and it was easy to top off the water again and return to the fridge! Loving it so far!!

Small and hanlde is not tight
It is smaller than i thought it would be. The big problem is the lid/handle combo does not tighten on. It screws on but is loose. If you pick it up quickly or wrong the lid and glass container might separate. It is not designed well.

the glass is super thick and its the perfect size for my fridge door and honestly its exactly what I wanted it to be easy to use and easy to store!

Hand wash
So I got this as a replacement as the first one became weak after washing it in the dishwasher. Even though it states that you’re able to do so I would lay back and say no. The glass obviously is OK however, the plastic can’t take it.

Lid is very difficult to remove
I like that this product fits well in the refrigerator. And the infused watertastes great. What I don’t like is the black top is extremely difficult to remove, making it challenging to clean. The top is also very difficult to place back in position. The rubber gasket is flimsy and does not stay secure. I am considering returning this product.
