Very affordable option!
AMAZING for back pain and relaxation. I’ve never had the name brand PM one but I can’t imagine this is much different. Kinda hurts at first but then you get all warm and tingly as your body relaxes. Great to use right before bed to help with sleep too! I love the storage bag that it comes with, I always travel with it!

I Love This set!!! I get neurological pain and discomfort. The worst part is that when it gets so bad, that no matter what I do, I cannot stop the sensations, and I am not able to rest or sleep. It feels like I have something on/in me that I need to rearrange or remove, but there is nothing there to remove. It’s extremely frustrating, to say the least. I Found Help!!!🎉 Now when I start to get these sensations again, I right away use this set in different combinations throughout my day and then I am able to sleep at night peacefully. Hallelujah! I love the quality & the design. Between the different sizes of main mat, the small mat, the lumbar pillow and the neck roll, I can arrange in any combination, sitting, laying on back, on side with legs up in sofa, on floor, on chair, on sofa, etc. making it super functional & adjustable, a perfect tool! It’s nice and thick and hasn’t gotten matted down like other cheaply made ones do. I am very pleased with this purchase and I recommend it to anyone looking for pain & neurological relief. Very happy with my 3pc set
Just buy it already. It’s worth every penny. So relaxing and I even got some lymphatic drainage. If you’ve never used such a mat before, it will feel uncomfortable for a new seconds. It comes with simple and informative flyer that is very accurate. Nice natural materials but it is not a soft linen, it’s more of a utilitarian texture. Comes with a tote for portability. It functions far better than I expected.

It’s a bit sharper than I expected(I have another mat with a bit smoother “needles”, but it’s not bothering me. Comfortable, well made, easy to carry around. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a such mat

Decent mat for those not wanting spikes
I blindly tested 4 mats. I did like this one. It was well-made and very durable. The fabric and spikes material quality were much appreciated. The main deal breaker for me was that the spikes didn’t relieve my achy body as much as the more pointed ones. The pillow pressure was nice and offered enough support to feel the spikes starting to work their magic. I love the little lumbar support pillow. That was heaven sent. I honestly didn’t smell any lavender in it. Overall, it you want a good quality not quite as spikey acupuncture mat go with this one. Had I not needed more spikes I would have kept this one.

Let me save you time. There are not any reliable comparisons out there on acupressure mats. It’s a roll of the dice. They vary in materials, size, components and most importantly, the pressure provided by the “spikes.”What I like about this mat:1) “Spikes” are sharp, meaning you are not likely to grow out of this mat any time soon.2) This mats is reportedly made of environmentally responsible materials and by fairly treated labor.3) It is an attractive mat.4) You get lots for your money, as compared to the other options. You get a large main mat, pillow, foot mat, lumbar support and carry bag.And finally, yes, these mats do work as promoted. I can feel the chemical changes inside, which melt away the stress and seem to be helping with sleep. Don’t really have back problems, so not sure if mats help there.No, I am not a company rep and paid full price for my mat.Cheers.

Helps me sleep better
This mat has become part of my nightly routine. I put my feet up the wall and let the spikes work while I unwind. It feels intense at first but then my body completely relaxes. The pillow hits the right spot on my neck and shoulders. Since using it I fall asleep faster and my sleep quality has improved. I wake up feeling less sore and more rested. Simple but so effective.
