Super comfortable and perfect size for sitting comfortably on the floor for meditation. I sometimes use it instead of a yoga bolster when the pose allows. It’s very cushiony while still being supportive. I’m very happy with the purchase

I originally purchased these pillows to use in my car because my elderly client couldn’t see over the dashboard. However, after I saw them in person, I found a better use for them, and I purchased another pillow for her and myself (those are great, as well.) Anyway, I use them as my prayer pillows—I lean on one and kneel on the other.

This is a 5” cushion that squishes to maybe 1” when you sit on it.I had back surgery and needed to raise the height of where I sit on my sofa. I was hoping this cushion would do it. The dimensions were perfect, but it compresses so much when you sit down that, for my purpose, it’s useless.One pro, the cover is lush and wonderful. But I cannot recommend.
