Works well. Good grip, Adequate Pressure Relief
My wife has flat feet and often comes home from work with them super achy. Anything I can find to help her feet I’m willing to let her try.This mat, it did well. She tried it both in standing and sitting positions and while it initially made her feet hurt in the first few minutes, but after continued use, she saw significant relief.As for the mat, the design is super simple, but it works. The semicircular pieces are made from wood, but are smooth overall, no splinters or anything of the sort. The bottom did well maintaining grip on our linoleum flooring. One nice feature is that two of the wooden orbs are significantly larger than the others, which make them better for reaching certain pressure points.I tried it, and I like the feeling of it on my soles as well. Definitely worth giving a try if you’re looking for a potential solution that doesn’t require a lot of setting up.

PRO- great size- the massaging area is made of natural wood, not plastic!- it rolls easy- highly effective- great size- IT WORKS! Love it!CONS:- takes a little time for it to flatten after being rolled for shipping, but that is to be expected.OVERALL- Highly recommended! It is effective, uses natural materials (wood) for the main function and it’s affordable! Love it!

Feels Nice
I’ve put this under my computer desk so that my feet rest on it while working. The wooden balls feel nice on my feet while resting but they really feel nice when I roll my feet around on it. I guess that stimulates the pressure points but it really feels good. I roll the center part of my feet on the large balls, which also feels good. I’ve also stood on it for a couple of minutes at a time. I’ll have to work my way up to doing that for longer periods. An instruction sheet is included that shows you where the pressure points are on the foot. Overall, this is a nice compact acupressure mat

Mat is good quality, non-slip, and wood nubs are sanded well. Helped to relieve foot pain and cramping. Great under desk, rolls up when not in use. Would buy again.
