This revised and updated edition of the bestselling, profanity-laced journal includes even more snarky activities, mantras, and prompts for readers looking to say “Fuck This Shitshow” and give the world the middle finger.
Sure, being meditative and mindful sounds nice, but honestly, do you really have the energy for that? And for inner peace? You’ve got to be kidding. So if you’re like every woman who’s stressed out, trying to hold in her rage, and close to flipping the finger at the guy who just cut her off, then Fuck This Shitshow: A Gratitude Journal for Tired-Ass Women is for you.
Created by a fellow tired-ass woman and featuring prompts that are actually useful, like “Bitch Session” and “Asshole of the Day,” positive affirmations reminding journalers that “Little Girls Cry, Big Girls Say Fuck” and “It’s Better to Be Full of Wine than Full of Shit,” and dozens of activities like “Unscramble This Shit” and “Color the Fuck,” Fuck This Shitshow is the journal that every grown-ass woman needs and will want to share with her friends.

Tired GenX Females please please get this
Tired GenX female who does not care. This book is a relief. I’m not alone here.

So Firetrucking Good.
My sister loves this. It is so her. Actually, anything with or that can be described with the F-word is so her. Seriously, though, I bought this hoping she’ll recognize the benefits of keeping a work journal or a wellness journal. The paper looks like it would be good to write on and there are plenty of pages.

Dying with laughter
My coworkers were dying with laughter when they got this gift and were skimming the pages. So much entertainment for such a low price!! They write in it all the time, and even bought copies for their friends! Highly recommend.

Exactly what she needed!!
I ordered this for my future daughter in law. It is perfect for her and all the drama she has to put up with. Between fiancé’s ex-father and his and the ex wife. Plus she is awesome and adores my 2 granddaughters my son has.So lots of stress and paperwork.

Perfect gift
I bought this for my friend for christmas and she loves it as a lot of people piss her off on a daily, so this book is good for getting her thoughts and feelings out

Absolutely perfect for burned-out Associate Professors!

I had initially bought this for myself and brought it with me, unused, when I was spending a night at a friend’s. She really liked it so I gifted it to her. Will be ordering another one to see if I use it more than the ones sitting on the side of my bed.

So looking forward to journaling in this book! I love that you can input your own dates so you aren’t held to a daily standard (I journal once a week), and the relatability of the prompts are perfect!!! 10/10 journal for a non-daily journaler with a sarcastic dry sense of humor. Finally, a self care opportunity that fits my personality!
LINDA –
Purchased one for myself and loved it so much I purchased and gifted 5 additional copies to friends and family. Huge hit with everyone.

If you are sarcastic and have had a hard time getting into this kind of practice, this is for you. Gratitude journals are hard for me to stick to. And some humour and I’m in!
