I’ve been taking MegaFood Women’s One Daily for a month and I feel more energized and balanced. I love that it’s made with real food and includes iron, B vitamins, vitamin D, and biotin—all essential for women’s health. It’s gentle on my stomach and doesn’t have a strong aftertaste. Knowing it’s vegetarian and free of synthetic additives is a big plus. Definitely recommend it for women looking for a clean and effective daily supplement!

Megafood is a brand I’ve trusted for many years. These vitamins are easy on the stomach and bring a sense of well being and energy to my day. The ingredients are quality and non-gmo which I like. The serving size is 1 tablet per day, which makes it easy to keep up with. The tablets are a manageable size to swallow. There is a light smell to the pills that reminds me of an herbal food store. The only down side that I see is that the folate and B12 are synthetic, which some people with MTHFR genetics have a hard time utilizing. Price is a bit on the high end, but you get what you pay for!

Great Vitamin For Women
Great supplement for women. I don’t eat certain things that I should, but this helps me get the vitamin intake I need daily. I have more energy, not tired like I normally am. Pills aren’t too big so it’s easy to swallow.

Bad Taste and Constipation
I tried these for the first time. It is a good product and I felt a difference after I started taking them. I like that they didn’t upset my stomach like others that give me a stomach ache, but it cosntipated me. The one thing I don’t like is the taste. it was hard for me to take them because of the bad taste. I won’t buy them again fpr both these reasons.
