    Helpful! Much needed cards and detailed booklet.
    Wonderfully useful and extensive card pack (52 cards!) and detailed accompanying booklet that helps guide one’s usage (27 pages!). I can tell it was created by a doctor based on the accuracy, and then designed with fun fonts and images to make it fun and friendly. I recommend these for the home, the office, and the classroom — everyone should be teaching this to the youth of today, as well as actively practicing what these cards are filled with. Excellent value for all that it offers!The cards with this guided booklet are able to teach what we all need to learn and practice: Mind Tools, Body Tools, and Behavioral Tools. This kit is easy to use since it is so well organized and goes deep into the topics. There are cards on the five senses (5), cognitive distortion (10), and identifying emotions (8). There are affirmations (13) and grounding exercises (8). They included cards on breathing, Vagus nerve, essential oils, and laughter (6).I needed this when my prefrontal cortex was still developing! But as the saying goes, “Better late than never.” Im pleased to be able to use this kit and all the information within, so my family can be in more harmony. Since my kids’ brains are more pliable than mine, they will hopefully pick it up quicker, (just need to get them to open up to this stuff since they are now 10 and 13 and think they know everything already, ha!).

    I fallow Dr Tracey Marks on youtube and absolutely love her content. i decided to try her cards out and im happy i did ..: i find them extremely useful.. i have tried similar cards but non can compare to this one … they have been extremely helpful in high stress situations and calming anxiety panic attacks .. i carry them in my purse and whenever i go . and use them as needed as they remind me of what to do and how to calm down as this can be hard to do in tough situations/: i would highly recommends to anyone

    These cards are very helpful as a daily tool for anyone trying to practice mindfulness. The cards are well constructed and I like the variety of topics. You get 52 cards in total and there are fun graphics and the text is easy to read. These feel like they’d be good for a wide range of ages.The kit is well organized into multiple categories and has an easy to follow flow.My only concern is the price. I do think these cards are genuinely helpful but the price is at the time of writing this review is a bit too high for what they are.

    I really like these mental wellness space cards they really help to calm me down last night when I was having a panic attack. It helps to ground you and I really like the suggestions of picking out cards that will be beneficial in the moment for you specifically. A lot of the cards have a lot of really great suggestions but some might feel too silly or some might not feel natural to you so you pick out ones that do for you. I really recommend this I think it’s a great set and it helped me a lot during my time of need.

    I ordered these cards for my GF’s daughter who is undergoing some difficulties of late. When I first received the cards, I was frankly underwhelmed.However, I quickly realized there was a large context behind the cards when I saw the name, Dr Tracey Marks, associated with them. Upon further investigation into Dr, Marks’ other contents, then the cards and their use made sense to me.The product contains 52 cards, just like a deck of regular cards. They are arranged by topics and a table of contents serves as a guide to them. Topics range from body image to affirmation, and it seems quite easy to find the right card for the right need.The cards are well made and easy to read. Are the contents useful? That depends on whether you are new to mindfulness or not. I feel they are well suited for beginners or someone who is taking their first steps on the journey of healing.Did my GF’s daughter find it useful? It was a bit of a struggle to channel her energy towards the practice of mindfulness, but it wasn’t a completely surprising reaction from a 17-y-o. I wish I could say these cards turned her life around, but she is making small tentative steps, and hopefully she will eventually find these cards useful.
