    This was my favorite section. These little behaviors we’re rushing through I think dictate our thoughts and our actions. If we are mindful to do things more calmly and more slowly, it will pay off for us remarkably. Slow eating, slow driving, and slower talking. Not trying to be robots or live life in slow mo, just trying to be more mindful.
