THIS….. IS….. IT !!!!!
Perfect. Absolutely PERFECT!!I tried five robes from Amazon before getting this one. First of all, let’s say 100% Cotton!! Zero Polyester, so it is super ABSORBANT. Every drop of the moisture instead of sticking to your body, like polyester, Roomy!! Lots of Room. I usually wear a L or when I want that extra room, I get an XL.Out of the previous robes I ordered… four were XL and one 1X. One was as thick as a microfiber dish towel. One had no hem or sewn edges. One drug on the ground. One said Cotton on the product page and the label showed Polyester. But what did each of these have in common, that was a TOTAL failure? None of them closed enough in the front.I wanted a robe to put on after getting out of the pool or shower. Something THICK enough to keep me warm. Something high quality enough to absorb all the water like a big towel and not have me dripping all over the floor. But, besides each of those great qualities, I wanted something that would CLOSE with enough of an overlap that the ‘girls’ stayed inside and it didn’t spread open at the belt to show off everything ‘down under’. The other robes all only overlapped by approx. 2 inches at the waist and then spread open at the chest and did that triangle opening thing from the waist down. (You know what I am talking about!!)I purchased the XX-Large Robe because of my previous bad robe experiences. I probably could have gone down a size and still have it meet my criteria. IS oversized and comfortable and closes all the way from my neck to my knees and stays closed. But with that being said, the arms do not hang past my hands – winner-winner!!. I am 5’4″ and about 165 lbs.I am absolutely in love with my purchase. It’s like something you would get to wear at a Luxury Spa or an uber expensive Hotel…*First photo Showing soft outside and terry towel like inside.*Second photo showing hanging loop and label.*Third photo How thick the belt is.*Forth photo how thick the pocket is.

I love this robe. It’s not too bulky. It fits just right. The pink is so pretty.

Warm and cozy
I bought this to use going in and out to the hot tub, but I use it just out of the shower sometimes too. It’s soft, excellent quality, and fits pretty true to size. It’s thick enough to be warm but isn’t bulky. I love it in pink.

Discoloration
It feels nice and soft. I am disappointed in the coloring. After one wash (regular detergent, no bleach) there’s a crazy discoloration to the sleeve and kind of all over. I ordered two robes together and they’re both like this. I wish I thought to take a photo before washing but I didn’t even look at them before throwing them in. For how expensive they are, this is disappointing. The size is good, the texture is nice. Just wear ’em in the dark, I guess.Edit: their customer service reached out to me after the review. They made every effort to make it right and I really appreciate that. I changed my review from 2 to 4 stars.

FINALLY!
After purchasing and returning several robes, that promised comfort softness and a good fit and all having to go back, I finally found one that keeps all its promises and fits perfectly.. The biggest problem I have is that I prefer a generous overlap on my robe. I am 5 foot 10 and 162 pounds, this should not be difficult however, unisex bathrobes seem to have very little overlap, and several robes made specifically for women are too short for my height, and I don’t want one down to my ankles either. My past purchases all had to be returned, because either the overlap was absurdly small , or the fabric was cheap and not at all absorbent. It seems I could not find a mid weight soft soft cotton robe like the one I had 20 years ago. After my last return, I gave it one more try and found this one on the night before I went in for hip surgery and to my surprise this wonderful and perfect robe was waiting for me when I returned the next day. It is soft it has a wonderfully generous overlap falls about 3 inches below my knee and is made of 100% velvety absorbent cotton. I absolutely adore this robe. Based on the size chart and other reviews, I ordered a 2X I am normally a Ladies large, so that is something to keep in mind when ordering, it is nowhere nearly as big as it sounds, and fits perfectly as a generous robe should I hope this review is helpful to someone who has been searching for a suitable robe as I had been.

Don’t wait, just buy it!
Why did I ever wait so long to purchase a bathrobe?! I picked this one based off the reviews and they were not wrong. Long, warm, a good weight, this bathrobe has it all. I workout in the morning and after getting out of the hot shower all I want is to stay warm! Wrapping a towel around myself wasn’t cutting it on these freezing winter mornings. I gave this a good wash before use and was engulfed in soft, absorbent warmth the first time I put it on. Stop reading my review and just go add it to your cart— you won’t regret it!

I purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend. She’s EXTREMELY picky so I didn’t know if she would like it but sometimes you just gotta take the risk. I ordered a larger size than she wears because I think women like these sorta things oversized. Since she loves it and uses it all the time (probably too much, it’s lazy sunday, not lazy weekend lol) I must have figured right.She says it’s soft, and has held up well over multiple washes. This bath/pool robe is soft and absorbent as advertised. Like the sleeves on this robe because they are not so large that they get in the way. Sleeves appear to be similar to a three quarter sleeve.
